In May 2020, CCL was approved to begin testing for Covid-19 in local Cambridgeshire Care Homes as part of the Covid-19 Volunteer Testing Network (CVTN). The contract with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) ran until 11 July. This contract expired without being renewed or any explanation. 

CCL has however heard through the Network that this will be reinstated – but at this time we have no further detail as to when and to how the process will change.
